I ordered the dress and made payment on Dec 10th 2019. She was saying that she sent the dress but due to some protests in Delhi it will be delivered late. Now the situation got normal since 10 to 15 days. But the dress not get delivered. She is not at all responding to WhatsApp or messenger. Just ignored all the messages. I even said I’ll complain and don’t try to cheat. Even though she is not answering.

I asked to send the courier details so that I’ll go and pick. She didn’t care of it atleast. Very bad experience with this online boutique. She don’t answer calls. Please do justice.

I even told to said the money if they don’t want to deliver the dress. But no use. No response from them. We can easily understand that they are doing fraud.
