I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue involving De Heavens Court Club, which has been falsely advertised on calls. The individuals are Sreeja (84284 28178) and Name not known guy (7448539552) and Vicky so called Admin (9150475058).
They contacted us thru phone and not sure from which source they got my number. Initially they seduces us over the phone with tempting words about the SPA massage extra services, followed by sharing a location map to visit their center. Upon arrival, they continue with similar tactics, using persuasive words and proving that they are having services in multi locations. firstly i thought they are running SPA services at this location at TNagar.
they explained about the different services with different packages onetime, 15 coupons, 20 coupons and 30 coupons accordingly. I went there to take just one massage service at cost of around 3000 but they explained the other packages (around 15k, 20k and 30k) and money back packages too, like if i pay 15k then after 24 hours they said they will return 13,500 back including 15 vouchers when we claim each voucher, we should pay 1500 like that. but they swiped my credit card for full payment 15000 + 1500 registeration fee. After paying, they told no cancellation allowed and immediately they asked me to leave and come back when they have vouchers. I started shouted there and for a name sake, they asked me to go to other SPA and given 10 mins massage as complementary which worth 500 rs. Also they asked me to call my bank and convert my 15,000 as EMI which was not originally agreed. After that still no call no refund no responses from them.
I have attached the receipt for the money i paid which also includes the location address of the scammers. After several research made in online and google review, i found that that already more tha 2 people filled a police compliant against them already but no luck as they are money influencers. I request you to take action against these fraudulent individuals to prevent others from falling victim to their scams.
