i have done on line mobile recharge on 10.03.2021 by Deal-Me Good voucher, transaction id no:340722519 ( Company voucher card code vc 60489 c3bc637f4, amount Rs. 586/-, but rechrage failed due to wrong operator selection, While charging i selected Air Tel Company instaed of JIO. received Tranction failed message after few minutes , amount debited to my bank account.
One more time recharged for Rs 585/- on the same day tr id 340719799 , Voucher code No: vc60489b2e962ff1. and again amount debited to my account after few minutes., Thus i lost Rs. 1170/- in total.
when contacted Air Tel company, they say the amount is with ” Deal Me Good”
i request for refund.
when tried to customer care number recorded voice to drop compliant in deal me good will be played.
