I have recharged on 7th nov to my mobile but recharge has not been done,they sent message that account will be refunded within 5-7days but till date I haven’t received,I have sent mail and they have availed ARN number to check in my bank but in vain no refund has been reflected,I have sent my bank statement via email no reply.
