I tried recharging my prepaid Jio phone cell with Rs.3299 on 6th March 2021. The amount got debited to my account but was not credited to Jio account. Instead a voucher bearing no. vc604314313a0098 was generated. Now i am not even able to recharge with this voucher. The reason stated is that such voucher does not exist. This is a clear case of fraud and needs investigation.
