I ordered online a chromecast on dealclear.com they sent me a refurbished miracast device kept in a chromecast box. When i reached out to their support team, they sent me a youtube link to configure miracast device. I followed up with them about why was another device sent to me when i ordered chromecast, they replied that it was a packedbox so they don’t know which device was there. But infact they sent miracast device in old and opened box of chromecast.

When i mentioned to them that the box was aleeady open they are not responding to my email and also not processing my refund.

This kind of cheating website should be banned to do online marketing.

I need your help to get my refund.
