Hi sir,

I am Dandappa R Sanshi (Dandesh Sanshi), working in private company in Bangalore Karnataka. I have ordered a mobile is as below details,
Xiaomi Redmi 3S Prime (Dark Grey, 32 GB) 3
GB RAM

Invoice Number Invoice Date Order Reference Order date

I waited for material till 10 / 04 / 2017, but have not got any response from Dealinmart.com. I have called 07358002602 and asked about dispatch the order, he replied will dispatch on 12 / 04 / 2017, already I have lost confident on this online shopping so I told him to cancel the order, yes accordingly my request he canceled order but about refund the money I have received a mail as asking the my account details to refund in 2 working days.

I have sent my account details to refund but not got refund money still, so please help in this case.

OR else do I file case in court…? please suggest how I move on this case please help.
