Due to Deepam Cabs’ last-minute cancellation, I was had to pay twice as much.
I called the team on January 26, 2022, at 11.30 a.m. to request driver information. The operator said that you would receive the information 10 minutes prior to the appointed time (12 p.m.), but at 11.55 a.m., I was told that the cab was not available.
I had to scramble to get another taxi, which cost me more money.
Since December 26 being a holiday, most cabs were in use.
poor service.
Never again will I use this taxi service or suggest anyone.
