I furnish a copy of mail already sent by me to dejavutrends on 16.03.14 Dear Sam of dejavutrends , As per your mail dated 03.03.14, you have told that the refund of Rs1272/ for the purchase of Samsung Micro SD Card 16 GB 2 pieces from your store on 11.02.14 may takes place from 7 to 10 days.

Please see my mail dated 13.03.14. Since 14 days passed away, you did not care to refund the cost of Samsung Micro SD Card 16 GB 2 pieces to my account till date. If you will not refund the said amount at once, I will go to complaint a case against you on cyber crime as well as complaint a file in consumer court. I expect your reply in this regard in your next mail. This is for your kind information.

After waiting for 10 days, I have mailed you on 13.03.14 at 7.29 am in which I have point out that Since 10 days passed away, you did not refunded the cost of Samsung Micro SD Card 16 GB 2 pieces to my account till date & I have warned you that If you will not refund the said amount within 2 days, I will go to complaint a case against you on cyber crime. But in your mail dated 19.03.14, 3.19am, you have stated that “As per your requirement of shipment already forward to concern department and request you to provide us some more time for shipment” Please see my previous mails in which I have pointed out that if you fails to refund the amount of Rs1272 along with Interest, I will go to consumer court & file a complaint against you & file a complaint in cyber crime also. Further I have purchased the said item of Micro SD Cards from other online store.
