Dear sir/ma’am,

I surrendered my flat on dec 15th, 2017 and below are my details:

Receipt no: rec / h / 17 / 18, 228
Date: 15/12/2017, 4:35:22p
Letter dt: 15/12/2017

Application no: apl online – 2002103/2017

I was informed that the refund will be transferred to my bank account within 30 days. But after more than 3 months now, there is no update or info on my refund status from dda team. Refer my refund letter attached herewith.

Need urgent attention in this regard.
