Dear Sir/Ma’am,

This is my request regarding seeking refund for my surrendered flat as the is allotted to me under Online DDA Housing Scheme 2019 on application no. 705530.

I have received a system generated confirmation E-mail on August 01, 2019 stating that “the application for refund has been submitted successfully to concerned department for further processing and registration amount will be refunded shortly to your bank account” .

Kindly speed up the refund as the earliest.
