Dear Sir/Madam,

My Son Vaibhav Dubey was studying in class 7th ‘D’ in Delhi Public School,Jankipuram, Lucknow in last financial year 2017-18 with admission number JKP/DPS/3614/17 & finally in the end of academic session 2017-2018 he has been passed the class 7th standard & promoted for next class (8th Standard) to continue his study but due to some personal & official reason I got relocated to Muzaffar Nagar with my family in the month of March,2018.

So, in process of new admission in a School based at Muzaffar Nagar,& in this regard, I applied for Transfer Certificate & the same was issued on dated 13/04/2018 from the last school (Delhi Public School, Jankipuram, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh) attended by my Son.

Now, after receiving the School pass Certificate & school Transfer Certificate, I have requested on dated 21/05/2018 through e mail for refund of security money of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand Only/-) which was deposited to school at the time of admission in September, 2017.
This is to inform you that along with this e-mail sent by me to school on dated 21/05/2018, I have been requested to transfer the money directly in to my account through online banking system or to deposit the cheque directly into my account or send me the cheque through courier directly at my address which I have given already after deducting an amount of Courier charges as I have mentioned in the mail & for the same I have requested many time (almost 4-5 times) through written e-mail to school management specially to Mr. ARVIND working in account department but always they given me one reply as “Your Cheque is ready, please come to school & collect.
As everyone knows that my present residential address,Mansoorpur,Muzaffar Nagar is located at a bid distance from Delhi Public School, Jankipuram, Uttar Pradesh & it will take loss of 2 days time to go there & come back to my present address & the most important thing is that it will be more costly than the refund money (Rs. 2000/-) & that’s why I have requested many times (5-6 times) through e-mail & though telephonic discussion but every times they replied me to come here at school & collect your refund money as a cheque.
Kindly help me in this regard, as already I have informed them (Accounts department/Reception of School) to refund my security money otherwise I will take legal action but it seems that they don’t care of any legal action.
