My box is not receiving signals from day before yesterday.and my operator promised to me of resolving issue by 10 A.M of that day.but he did’nt. and till now i called him so many of times and visited his place but he is so much unresponsive and snub people.Please take a appropriate action against him.his name is ‘Doubly’ and his contact is 8188945468. and also i registered the complain by your toll free no. & they had also promised to solve issue in 24Hr.but still my problem is unresolved.I feel frustated and cheated as no one want to be listen my complain.
