I ordered combo jeans from here and I gave 800 rupees but when I open it , it was damaged , used one , with incorrect size and I tried to return it but there is no option for return just saying return and replacement in 10 days

Different product was delivered
Regency hospital Lucknow I m shopping 2 tours pant and received wrong product
I ordered jeans combo but size is not fits to me mine is 36 they delivered 28 and there is no return option and they don’t have any connects..total fraud
DENIM ZONE is a Fraud Seller just used and targetted the Online Shopping customers to do fraudulant activities. Its the same situation with me, DENIM ZONE used Amazon Packaging as an Option to send used and damaged products (clothes especially) while advertising and marketing from fake websites and using Amazon seller account to safely get money from the customers. As the products are not purchased from Amazon, Amazon wouldn’t take the responsibility and wouldn’t entertain any claims and cant even get the fradulant seller details to lodge a complaint, If the Seller is using the same address as “Denim Zone, PnPur SC 23, New Delhi, Delhi-110077, he may have a local network of fradulant people and officers from the local police station. I have lost 1199 rupees yesterday for this Fraud Seller and was unable to get any details from Amazon either.. Kindly be aware of fradulant sites and discounts offered on 3rd party websites to purchase products.
