DH Skins and Covers – Quality fraud

I have ordered a case from DH Skins and Cases with their ID DHSKINSOFFICIAL. They sell their products through Instagram from which they provided their number which they can be contacted and order their mobile cases. I have ordered a case on 2nd January 2016 after making an online payment. I have confirmed it twice through WhatsApp and DM over Instagram about the type of material they use and I got a reply saying Hard Polycarbonate Matte cases which is nothing compared to the quality of the product I received. I spoke to one Vicky Patil over WhatsApp to order my case. Now when I raise a claim that the quality of the product is nothing they said before ordering they aren’t even trying to consider my complaint and blantly replying saying after selling it’s not their problem. The case has been developing some chippings over the corners of which I sent the pics to Vicky Patil who is just ignoring the texts and just replying it’s your problem after you order the we as sellers are not responsible for it. How can I raise a claim about this fraudulent account cheating people. They sell each case for Rs450/- and use plastic in place of Polycarbonate materials. Help me raise a complaint.
