DHFL – demand is pending from 2 months

hi i am suresh khurana from dwarka new delhi.a loan of 46.5 lacs is sanctioned from your end with loan no 00000296.i have sent u a demand of 5.50 lacs from my builder(Both hard copy n soft copy) thrice from jan jan till date. but concern department is not responding till Now.they are giving me a tree of refrences to other persons.
