I have ordered one product in care easy shop on 13th October and paid amount through phone pay. Today is 4th November, still I didn’t receive my product. They didn’t refund my amount also. What is this???

Got an email saying my package was delivered an when I called Walmart.com to inform them, they gave me a tracking number an fed ex said it that number was for someone else. I wish you could handle it, cuz I feel like I’m in limbo.
