Difference of fare in case proper coach not attached
I have filed TDR for the subject matter in the IRCTC. But same was not resolved by TDR committee instead IRCTC repudiated my TDR request. I have booked seats in the 2 class AC and after chart preparation indian railways has automatically rescheduled my class of journey from 2nd AC to 3rd AC coach in jammu tawi express. This happens twice with me.. they are booking the 2nd class AC tickets and providing 3rd class AC coach to passengers. Persons who have booked the tickets from counter received back there difference amount from railways counter after completion of the journey from the end station itself. But who has booked the tickets online have to file TDR as instructed by the railway staff and TT in the end station. I did the same twice but didn’t received my refund yet for differ in the class travelled in the train. My details are given below: –
