I recently placed an order with your online store under the order number #12345.
Unfortunately, upon receiving the delivery, I discovered a discrepancy in the items received. I had ordered three suits as per my purchase of rs 999, but instead, I received two Kurtis. The attached invoice and order confirmation clearly state the details of the order. I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this situation. I would like to get refund for the incorrect items.
