DIVINE HYUNDAI – HYUNDAI VENUE- MORE THAN 2 MONTHS MY CAR IS WITH SERVICE DEALER

This is to inform you that,

As per your commitment you have to provide my car in 100% OK condition on or before 13th June 2021.

Below is the complete history which we already discussed during our meeting.

1. My car was sent to Divine Motors service center on the second day of car delivery date for a serious problem.
2. Since then I am regularly facing the problem. but the car returned saying that the problem was resolved.
3. Now this time i have again put my car to the divine motors hyundai service center on 8th april 2021 for the same problem.
4. i repeatedly requested to thoroughly check the problem as i am continuously facing the same problem even after your previous work done for the same.
5. the car is lying at your service center since 8th april 2021.
6. The problem was identified after my multiple requests to check properly on 18th april 2021 that there is some issue with some part in the car which needs to be replaced.
7. Since the problem is identified, part order was imm. placed but as per your system records part order placed on 4th May 2021.
8. There was no communication , no response from your side for the delay and update regarding the part.
9. Even after my multiple calls ( i have all the call records) , you have not informed the correct information status and keep on delaying.
10. After my visit and lot of multiple requests on call and msg, you finally sent a mail of confirmation to provide my car in 2nd week of june.
11. I visited your divine motors service center on 19th may 2021 and requested to see my car but car was not shown saying that it was at some other service center.
12. Today its been 2 months and no update from your side for my car until i called you today in the evening.
13. i have no correct information regarding my car status and the part since last two months.

Now as per your commitment, you have to provide me my car latest by 13 june 2021 failing which you may face serious consequences of many legal allegations.

So I request your response for the same to enable me to take appropriate actions to avoid any inconvenience to both.
