I consulted your team through a television channel on 1 January 2026 and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience.
One of your team members, Amit Pandey(phone-8882754112), contacted me and collected all my horoscope details. He assured me that by performing certain pujas, my problems would be permanently resolved and that I would notice significant positive results within three days. Trusting his words, I made a payment of Rs. 7,700.
I remained in regular contact with him over calls. However, after three days, when I informed him that I had not observed any positive changes, he stated that an additional round of puja was required to remove obstacles in my marriage. I clearly explained my financial difficulties, mentioning that I come from a very poor background and am completely dependent on my parents for financial support.
Despite this, I was told that if I did not proceed with the additional puja, my marriage issues would not be resolved due to an incomplete puja vidhi. Under pressure and fear, I somehow arranged the money on 3rd Jan 2026 and paid Rs. 25,001 for another round of puja.A locket and rahu ketu yantra was posted to me after the payment.
After this was completed, I was again informed that the prayers were not being accepted by our Kul Devi Devta and that yet another round of puja was required, this time costing approximately Rs. 70,000. I had already made it very clear that I am not in a financial position to make any further payments.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience. As your team is associated with a well-known television channel, I trusted your services. Instead of genuine guidance and support, I feel that I have been misled and financially pressured during a vulnerable time in my life.
I kindly request a full refund of the amount I have paid, as I have not received any tangible or satisfactory results from the services provided. Failing which, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.
