We had bought 2 dlf flats in kolkata in the names of karuna dhandhania (3br flat) and bela dhandhania (2br flat) and had tried our best to pay excess amounts for instalments since the company had promised 15%pa on advance payments but inspite of lots of follow up the company has not credited any amount to us – we are into litigation but our efforts are futile-due to this although the property has been handed over to many residents we have not taken the possession till now-now since our money has been invested already we are incurring interest losses due to the litigation-kindly take immediate action and help us recover the interest which was long overdue and also the interest accrued further on accued interest with suffuicient damages from the company
