I ordered some items on a website called Dow kart : https://dowkart.com/ and I have made the payment online for the same, since there was no option for cash on delivery.

However, I received a confirmation email but no details about the order being shipped or any means to track this order.

The website is currently down and there is no way to contact them. i would like to file a complaint against Dowkart for cheating me and not delivering the goods I paid for.
