Hello sir,

I paid down payment rs 237500 in november 2017 for 1000 sq ft land in sparsh paradise project rahimadabad lucknow for rs 960000. It was told that the plot is 143 and it will be loan from dhfl. After paying downpayment, they changed plot from 149 to 158 and rate was offered 13% while the dhfl rate of interest 9%. I deny the plot and demand to refund my amt. They told that we have bought plot and we can give you the plot. After march we will give you registry in prelaunching project of katibagiya. After folliwing 1 year, they did not do anything and they are returning my amount after deducting 30%.
Please help me. Please take action.
