Hello, they demand upfront payment. They requested 5,500 for two services, and after numerous follow-up calls and months, they only provided one service.
They no longer offer refunds, won’t give application numbers, and ignore calls, pings, and emails.
Because of their service, I am without a driver’s license. My old license was confiscated due to a backlog, and my new license is currently stuck.
