Sir I have took a dish TV connection through dthconnect (Agent Miss Seema).I told her that I need North India pack,she said yes sir listening to you I understand that you are a north Indian n we will give you Titanium pack.I done payment online on their site on same time on 06May 2018.In evening my dish connection installed n technician done all job.But when I start watching I found that they gave me south pack n many north India channel are missing.Then I called them in the morning on 07 May a girl picked up the phone,I asked for miss Seema she told me that Seema is not available.I asked her name she didn’t told me then she told me that she is transferring my call in senior department n put me on hold then Mr Ram picked up the phone n asked the problem n I told him my problem he said that wait for 30minute your pack will be changed to North Pack.After 2 hour I called him n he didn’t picked up the phone.i called around 20 times but no one picked up the phone.I again called on 08 May a girl picked up the phone first she hesitate to tell the name but when I ask continuously she told me she is Sonal.She said sir now your dish pack cannot be changed n start telling me sir it’s normal you take add on channels of north.i told that there are some channel which never comes on south pack
She accepted that they have committed mistake.Then she hang up.I again called 8-20 times but no one picked up.
Sir please help me out.
