The “Azure DevOps and some tools like docker, ansible, liniux, jenkins, terraform, SonarQube” course was advertised by the DUCAT institute in Noida as taking one month to complete.
I immediately paid the course fee of 25,960 Rupees to the Ducat Institute in February.
But now, after 5 MONTHS, I’ve discovered that they don’t have a trainer for one of my tools, Terraform. They’ve been promising to finish your course as soon as possible since April, but they haven’t returned my calls or messages.
When I asked how long I would have to wait, they responded that they didn’t know the exact date but that I would have to wait.Last week, they finally informed me that we don’t have a trainer so you must wait.
Due to my course’s brief duration and the fact that they are not finishing it, they add on an additional 5960 rup.
They begin my classes in the month of February, and after 10 to 15 days, they always take a day off. After three months, they have finished some of my tools, but one of the core ones, Terraform, is still unfinished and is not listed.
So, kindly return my money.
