Dear Sir, I had booked a Ticket on today’s 07-02-2018 morning 7.30 am from Bhubaneswar Main Ticket count towards Bhubaneswar to Shahdol through 14710-Puri Bikner Exp in general bearing ticket no. 8190. The un-trained Ticket Clear given the wrong ticket with his monopoly charges as train runs via KGP with delaying much more time. This very crusial behaviour to the lay customer with falsification of Ticket charging by Railway department, Kindly allow my claim of Rs. 3.00 (Three Lakhs )Only as harrasement, Customer over charging by monopoly service ASP & also non response even if complained it on-line the is in below in attachment.
