This complaint is regarding a loan app – Easy Money. I have never opted for any loan from this app, even though I get messages for repayment of 4500/-, i downloaded the app just to verify if I opted for any from the app through link they texted me on WhatsApp stating that I need to repay my loan today as it is due date. But I have not taken any loan from this fraud app and they’re texting me continuously for the repayment of 4500/-, to verify I checked with the application but there are no details about the loan except the repayment section which has due amount of 4500. I tried checking with their website and other resources but I didn’t find anything on web. There’re no any other details about the loan in the app, i checked with my bank statement and i didn’t receive any money from this loan app. This is really annoying, I never I’d be getting into this fraud stuff in my life. I use other micro loan apps which are legit and I get legit messages and trusted calls for repayment and I do pay the due amount for those repayment apps. But I have taken loan from this easy money, still they’re continuously texting me stating that I opted for a loan.
I want to take legal action against this app and the people who are involved in it. Because they’re not just fooling around people but also getting into private space of any individual which is not good. This is completely fraud application and I see there’re many complaints and negative reviews on the web who are victims to this loan app. We can’t even check with their website for the details on the Google. And there is no location provided by them. They’re doing all this underground by blackmailing people with the data they have. Help me or suggest me about this issue, it’ll be a great help.
