I have ordered 3 items on October 13th which they promised to be delivered within a week but its almost happening to be a month they have also charged money for the speed delivery within a week but there is no information about it.When I tried to contact the helpline number they don’t speak English or telugu which is difficult for us to communicate so finally there is no useful response from them. Items that I have ordered are necessary in our home. Since the payment was done online we are asking for a refund or the delivery of the product. I have uploaded the screenshot of my transaction. The items I have ordered are
1) Turbo spin mop
2) Dinner set
3) Utensil set
Please look into our issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
