I have ordered 2 dresses worth Rs.557 on this website (https://care-easyshop.myshopify.com/60333392119/orders/f27b552804be4447730793157ff3d49b/authenticate?key=ee58ff1287fc0246e68c8eef5db04bd7) on 13th October and today its 20 october.But till now I didn’t get any items… how to know where they are or they will come or not…!?!?!?!? And how to complain or whom should I approach for this problem…
I saw an ad about that in YouTube and went to that website but I think that website is fraud thing..
I’m requesting to pls pls pls take charge against this website owner… and file this complaint…
My order no is #5920. And I got msg that items were shipped.. but still I didn’t get it… pls rectify this..

I also ordered items on 13th Oct , 2021 and paid Rs1032.00. by online banking.
As it is not showing any cash on delivery. So I paid immediately.order number 9099
Now there is no any response from this company ie. easyshop.

I placed an order on 14 oct 2021with the name Mohit .my order id is 11073. Last update I got from your side was it’s been shipped.it was expected to be delivered in 5-7 days.but still it’s not been delivered .

I ordered one dress and one top. On 13th Oct 2021 to delivery date is Oct 21st. But still it is not delivered. So plz send my money return as soon as possible

Actually, one of the kid’s dresses was liked by my sister then I ordered that and stock was available that time but there is no cash on delivery available so I ordered and did online payment it is ordered on 15th October 2021 and it has to delivered on 19th October 2021 and the last date was 20th October 2021 but not delivered and now it showing out of stock.

I also ordered a kids dress for my daughter n the same situation is here, as there are no cash on delivery option I made online payment… Still not receivd my parcel. I think it’s totally a fake website…. There are also not available the track ing site
