Pathetic website. The customer care never answers your call. My booking was rejected due to a change in air fare. Since then I’ve been trying to contact them in every way possible. Calls, e mails, and even their option to live chat. I haven’t got a single response from any of them. It’s inconsiderate and yes, this company should be dragged to the consumer court for repeatedly cheating people.
