EasyShop – Have not received the 6 Products I ordered on 14th & 15th October & request for Immediate Refund of the purchased amount_Order #23613 & #13991

I have bought and made two orders on 14th & 15th October. It is 1st November today. It is supposed to come within 5-7 days max. It is 15 days now since I bought. I haven’t received any of the 6 products. Also unable to track my order. The Products ordered were:

Under Order#13991 the products purchased was( Total : Rs.724.02)
1. White & Gold Textured 40 Pcs Dinner Set
2. Wooden Serving and Cooking Spoons Set Kitchendesigner Organizer Items Kitchen Accessories Items (Set of 7, Sheesham)
3. ZWILLING ® J.A. Henckels Clad Xtreme Ceramic 7-Piece Set
4. Kitchendesigner Multi-Purpose Vegetable and Fruit Chopper, Fruit Grater, Slicer Dicer, Chipper, Peeler | Hand Chopper, Cutter | Kitchen Accessories

Under Order# 23613 the products purchased was( Total: Rs.652.04)
1. Hawkins Stainless Steel Contura Induction Compatible Pressure Cooker, 3 Litre, Silver
2. Kitchendesigner 10X14 Set of 2 Piece King International Stainless Steel Dustbin Pedal Dustbin

Is this the way a trusted online platform or company works?? Pls do the needful in REFUNDING the amount of Total Rs.1376.06 or at the least sending the exact products purchased. Else, there would be absolute no trust and huge negative impact and customer complaints around this.
Hopingly wish in getting the resolution asap and would appreciate it.
