Delivery date: 25 May 2017 between 6pm to 7 pm.
On 25 May 2017 between 6pm to 7 pm., I bought a Fly Tornado Slim IQ 4520 QUAD(16GB, Champange). I made this purchase online at ebay.com.

Unfortunately,I have received faulty mobile handset. The item i recieved is not functioning properly, it fails to power on from received time and date. i contacted seller bt they dont respond me, after that i raised a claim on ebay.com but they give me response as “Dear sir although we thoroughly check all products before dispatch but still if you are facing any issue then please visit brand authorized service center as this product is covered under brand warranty.”. i dont have that much time to repaire faulty handset i am working women, please accept my complint and please do action and give me my money(3799 rs.) back to me as early as possible.
I do not have enough time. I think this matter deserve your urgent attention. I would like you to respond quickly by giving my full refund.
