This is regarding a powerbank ordered by me on 11 august and it was defective right from beginning and I lodged a complaint immediately via email. Their customer care number is a big eyewash and I could never get my call through as it disconnected after 2.5 minutes everytime with a promise of call back which never really happened. All my emails have been unanswered and only a ticket number is given and no reply at all. This is big fraud company fleecing customers with defective products which do not work and they will never call backk.
