The company signed a contact with me for providing placement services and promised to refund the amount Rs.4500+12.36% of service Tax if they where unable to provide the same. Now even after submitting all re required documents, the organization is not refunding the due amount. ever time i call, i receive a said response “That the application is under review and we will update you” and this is happening from last 3 month i.e. they are holding my money since last 6 months.
