eDreams – Refund required for flight as cnnecting flight has been cancelled from same airline

Hello,

Unfortunately I have been let down by the company – Smart Wings. They have informed me I need to go through the company I booked the flight with. I understand this is no fault of edreams but would appreciate some understanding in my situation that has been deeply stressful.

I have booked a flight through edreams from Prague to Dubrovnik on the 28th June. This flight was booked as a connecting flight from Prague as it was the best option for me to get to Dubrovnik as my final destination. I ensured I booked my trip well in advance to ensure I was organized and got the best price. The airline I had booked both flights with is smart wings. The company smart wings decided to cancel my first flight to prague and gave me no other option that would fly into prague on this date, I was refunded this flight. I have raised my complain with smart wings that I have another connecting flight booked with this company from prague to Dubrovnik that I am now unable to make as I cannot get to Prague for this date – thus I need to cancel this flight and would like a full refund as this situation is completely out of my hands and I am at a financial loss because of Smart wings.

I raised my complaint with the company smart wings and they informed me I need to contact edreams in order to receive a full refund and cancel my flight.

Please understand that this cancellation is due to smart wings and is no fault of my own, thus I require a full refund.

Please refund me for this flight.
