Edwisor – Unethical Behaviour

I enrolled at Edwisor’s “Data Science” standard learning batch one a one-year subscription, on December 2020 after I had made a two-step payment (Attachments 1 and 2) via RazorPay.com for a total of 490 US Dollars. The learning track consisted in:
– fulfilling a compendium of courses and hand-outs.
– Performing 2 industrial projects plus evaluations.
– At this step, if the total score is up to 75%, a student will be able to have some mock ups with mentors in order to be prepared for two HR interviews.
I started having issues with Edwisor after I received, on 26/08/2021, a notification stating that my subscription will be come to end on the 2/09/2021. This issue occurred while I was doing my first industrial project. I wrote a lot of queries to Edwisor’s “Support Team” (Attachment 3) and “Marketing Team” (Attachment 4) in order to know about the reasons why this situation has happened. I then received an email from them stating that I can re-login to my account (Attachment 5) without any justification or explanation, and I was able to finally re-login without any issue.
After that, while doing the second industrial project, I received another notification stating that my subscription will be put to end on the 16/10/2021. From this point, I wrote a lot of queries starting from the 10th of October to understand why this has happened again (Attachment 6), and I finally got a response from them on the 21/10/2021 saying that I can re-login without any issue (Attachment 7). From this stage, I faced several issues with Edwisor in order to submit the “Project 2” files (Attachment 8). At the end, I was able to get my grades on the 16th of November.
Having said all that and being able to undergo the recruitment process, i.e.; the HR mock-ups, I sent a lot of emails to complaint to them why I’m not able to fulfill some personal information on my dashboard in order to start the mock-ups and I have not received any answer till the day of today (attachment 9). I messaged them on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/edwisorIndia) on the 16-25/12/2021 (Capture 1) as well as on Skype by calling them on their helpline (+91.1800.120.220.020): No feedback and not any response from their behalf.
I also tried to send them an ultimate request with regards to my situation but it appears that all their emails are not working or have been disabled. Moreover, their official website cannot be reached which, for me, looks very strange and suspicious (Capture 2).
To resolve my problem, I would appreciate a refund of all the fees that I have paid and damages. Attached are copies of all records that I have cited including receipts concerning my subscription in Edwisor.

N.B:
I cannot attach all the attachments. I tried to attach a winrar file but this is not allowed through Complaintlists.com. I can send all those attachments via email if you wish.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Edwisor.
