I have complained to support team that recorded videos are not at all useful but they responded with reasons that it is useful i am not able to understand them. Now their website is not working support team is not giving any response to mails. I have demanded a refund for my course but they refused to do so stating that refund cannot be provided as per their policies but sales executive promised so that if i am not satisfied they will provide refund to me
