Dear Sir/Madam, I had ordered Heavy Bass Earbuds on Best sale on social site youtube foxyhub company. However I have recieved a very low quwality and demage (not in work) headphone instead. Which may not be even worth 250 rupees. So I request you to registerd q complaint against the product and help me arrange either exchange for correct sony heavy bass earbuds worth Rs. 1589/- which I had paid or give me refund of the amount. The head phone are recieved via EKART having tracking ID WSPC1050204881. From seller adress is HOUSE NO 1512, GROUND FLOOR, NEW DELHI, PINCODE 110086.
