On October 5, 2023, I had ordered stretchable black and white slacks on buy-one-get-one-free offer. But on 11th October 2023, I have received a cheap material, blue colored cotton night pajama. on contacting the phone number given in the sms, I was told that I could return it and get a refund. I asked about the return process. The person told me to check eKart website after 24 hours. Now I have checked, there is no return facility and the phone number that I got in the sms is asking for my registered phone number followed by the pin number. A voice on the other side said they have not received any number and the call is disconnected. This has happened at least 8 to 10 times.
I wish to return the pajamas which I have not ordered and get a refund of the Rs. 800/- (Rupees eight hundred only) I had paid as cash on delivery (COD) the delivery boy.
