My gas burner (hob) is not working for the last 8 days. I lodged a complaint with the company’s Toll Free Customer Care Number and the executive registered my complaint for which i did not get any complaint number or SMS.The Executive informed me that a technician will contact me after 6 days. I was shocked to hear this and asked again ‘ in 6 days’, are you serious. I was totally shocked to hear this from a reputed company like Ellica. I have never ever have heard such a thing from any other companies.
I lodged a complaint around the 19th of August and till today i have not received any call from the technician or the company regarding my complaint. I had contacted the customer care a number of times and they told me that my complaint is being escalated to higher authorities and that i will receive a cal back from the technician today itself. i contacted the customer care today also and the same reply was given to me but till now i have not received any call yet.
As my Hob is not working properly, we are not able to cook food for the last 8 days. We have been forced to go out to eat or call for food everyday. This is very frustrating and difficult for all of us to eat outside food for such a long time.
Please advise what should i do as i am fed up from calling the customer care again and again to no avail.
