I have ordered a gown from Ethnicise Instagram account for 1650/- and the owner told me that u will get the gown exactly same as picture, but it was a nightmare when the actual product reached me. In picture it shows full sequin work in gold and red, but actually it was bad yellow zari work done all over on top area.. and exchange policy is worst. First send it to them back, then provide additional 150rs for god knows what. That too within 3 days.. worst shopping ever..! And the lady owner ‘Bhakti’ started avoiding my messages/calls once i told her that i am highly dissatisfied.. such a fraud
