Parents were charged an additional 2% fee for card payments as well as tuition and coaching fees, as requested by Vivek Gupta, but sadly Eurokids failed to prevent misuse of his name.
Without camera access, food quality is deteriorating daily.

* Write Eurokids in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Eurokids.
Mr. Vivek Gupta has nothing to do with this issue. The 2% charge is strictly a Paytm card machine fee — parents always have the option to pay by cash, UPI, or bank transfer if they don’t want to incur it.
CCTV access is controlled exclusively by authorized personnel, and this policy is communicated clearly to all parents repeatedly.
Posting baseless and unnecessary negative reviews online serves no purpose. If you have genuine concerns, address them with me directly instead of spreading misinformation.
