These individuals are scammers. When you first join, they make false promises.
First of all, when you ask for a reservation, they tell you that it’s peak time and that you can get a room on a weekday (they have a peak time all year round). They don’t have rooms available for members on weekends.
Following that, they begin to charge additional fees, which are not mentioned in the membership.
The customer service staff is so incompetent; they don’t even bother to listen to customers and don’t seem to care about anything that was mentioned to you when you first joined.
It is merely a time and money waster. They also don’t deserve a single star.
They have my 55,000 and are not willing to give it back. Companies of this kind ought to be outlawed.
However, they continue to regularly wander malls and pitch memberships.
Please help me get my money back by taking strong action against these scam companies.
