I ordered two shoes (white superstar and black superstar) on everybody_loves_us_clothings page on Instagram . I made a payment of rs 3050 through paytm( paytm no. 9888871644) on 4th July 2017 . I received my white superstar on 10th July 2017 and I asked him for the black superstar he said I sent both but I received only one (white superstar) . Then he said wait for 25 days as it is a company process if then also you don’t receive your shoes , send us a mail at [email protected] and you will get your money refunded back in 1-2 days . It has been more than a month now and neither I got my shoes nor the money is refunded yet. He also is not replying to my messages at Instagram and also not on WhatsApp . Even not replying for my mails now. Before getting the payment he used to reply within minutes but after receiving the payment he started ignoring my messages.
