I have placed my order on 28/09/2023 through the website of the above named Company by choosing method – COD. However, I have not received any confirmation message over phone or in email. Though on 29/09/2023, I got a call from a concerned person of that Company regarding confirmation of order from mobile no. 7258044538. While talking with her, I have raised my concern regarding the authenticity of this website and shared my thoughts that I have read very negative reviews and complaints for your website with regards to the sending of cheap and duplicate products and then also default in refunding. She cut a call on my face and then did not receive my call for a single time.
I do not trust this website. So I requested them to cancel my order (order no. 275684) worth Rs. 2644.49/-, over message and also through mail. But I did not receive nay call or message or email from those concerned persons. Further, I have read tones of negative reviews about this website. Requesting you to take the strict action.
