Eyewearlabs – Incorrect prescription lens provided

I had ordered sunglasses from Eyewearlabs. For Diwali, I was not present at the time of delivery so tried glasses after 7 days and noticed that they’ve provided wrong lenses. When, I requested to provided correct lenses they’re saying it must be returned within 48 hours. How can you just keeps return period of so less. Also, If I had complained about scratch or frame quality then this response was acceptable but for incorrect lenses you should take responsibility and should not even have passed in your quality check.
I have paid preety big amount than on Lenskart or similar we’ll know brands but still if you’re providing such service then how would we as a customer will order from you.
