I ordered a pair of cargo pants from faction hut , but I recieved a old , dirty & teared jeans which is too bad ,
The product that I was ordered was a cargo pant for which I paid 899 INR.
I also tried to contact them by giving phone numbers on the parcel but that is invalid . it is very disappointing that a courier company like e-kart is providing courier facility for this type of froud company .
I request the authorities to solve my issue & tell them to refund my money.

I also order cargo pants and I recieved old and dirty Jean’s Its very disappointing we didnt get out refund
