Royal Koas Michaela King Bed With Bed Side Table Dark Chocolate

I ordered a double bed on 20.09.2016 for my home at New Delhi Since my parents are coming. Delivery Period was given after 11-14 business days. It has been now 17 days and still they are saying it will take 5-6 days more.

Now my parents have come, and still the delivery of bed is uncertain. I have talked to them , mailed them (Records with me) but received no response nor any message.

Neither they are cancelling the order nor refunding it.

I have made a payment of 28000 Rs, and I think I am trapped.
